He is survived by: his children, Colby Smith (Anna) and Whitney Edwards (Jerry Dale); his grandchildren, Connar and Memphis Edwards; his siblings, Kimberly Bowman (John), Gaylon (Christy), Brett (Donna) and Mitchell Smith; and his nieces and nephews, Scotty Bray, Cherie Kelley, Dakota Smith, Jonathan Smith, Josh Johnson, Bretta Smith, Colby Pyle, Kimberly Liverett, Bobby Smith, Jake Smith, Chrissy Hill and Traci Zubritsky. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
