She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Leon Sutton and Mary Akin Sutton; her sister Evelyn Sutton Roberston; and her son Gerald Sutton Akridge of Centerville, GA.. She is survived by: her significant other Jack H. Akridge; her children, Jack Stephen Akridge (Karen) of Perry, GA, Rebecca Akridge Summers (Charles) of Elko, GA and Beth Akridge Bresnahan (Daniel) of Cinnaminson, NJ.; and her grandchildren, Ray Mitchell, Tara McInvale, Kimberly Pope, Rebecca Prance, Travis Akridge, Carolyn Bresnahan and Jack Bresnahan. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
