He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria Jean Lilley (Foster); his parents, Jim Lilley and Grace Lilley; and his brother Steve Lilley. He is survived by: his sisters, Bertha Clarke (Jim) and Mary Nichelson (Rodney); his children, Samantha Folse (Jerry), James Lilley, III (Vicki) and Tina Lilley (Olivia); his grandchildren, Jeremy Folse (Samantha), Benjamin Folse, James Lilley, IV (Macie), Nicholas Lilley (Charity), Makaela Paul (Gabe), Marcus Folse (Lyndsey) and Lauren McLeod (Ian); and his friend Sharon Bilskie. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren plus many nieces and nephews.
