He was predeceased by: his wife Emma Jane Hock. He is survived by: his daughters, Loretta Spence and Amy Ory; his stepsons, Jerry Severs, Ron Severs and Mike Severs; his grandchildren, Brittany Barnett, Cyle Spence, Dylan Spence, Mathew Jones, Emma Ory, Jamie Severs, Chelae Faul, Landon Severs, Josh Severs, Benjamin Severs, Kelly Paskavich and Sheila Sanchez; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Barnett, Connor Barnett, Caden Barnett and Bayleigh Spence. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
