He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosco Palmer and Pearline West Palmer; and his siblings, Ronald Palmer, Charles Palmer and Lanelle Beech.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Richerson Palmer of Bay Minette, AL; his children, Darryl Wilson Palmer (Melissa) of Chunchula, AL and Lisa Palmer Creps (Bryan) of Bay Minette, AL; his siblings, Willie Paul Palmer (Jackie) of Chatom, AL, Kenneth Palmer (Linda) of Chatom, AL, Stanley Palmer of Yellow Pine, AL, Danny Palmer of Mobile, AL, Joey Palmer of Mobile, AL, Sharon Palmer Sikes (Randy) of Chatom, AL, Glenda Palmer Blackmon (Donnie) of Bay Minette, AL, Tonya Palmer Mosley (Wayne) of Stapleton, AL and Sherri Palmer Dees (James) of Chatom, AL; his grandchildren, Kortni Gill (Sammy), Aaron Creps (Julia), Melody Greathouse (James) and Mandalyn Palmer; and his great grandchildren, Wendy Grayson Creps and Reba Joe Gill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
