He is survived by: his wife Serleana Andrews Betts; his children, Herbert Andrews (Mary), Serbreana Andrews, Rayvon Betts, Sheila Betts and Rev. Thomas Betts, Sr. (Tina); his brother Rev. John Betts (Jannie); his sister-in-law Mary Betts; his uncle Roosevelt Betts (Minnie Lou); and his friends, Bill Gwin (Pat), Willie Lewis (Dorothy) and Scriptures. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and relatives.
