He is survived by: his wife Shelia Marie Cowart Turk of Bay Minette, AL; his children, Thomas Turk, Jr. (Pam) of Pine Grove and Brandy Nicole Baggett of Bay Minette, AL; his siblings, Ralph Turk of Fairhope, AL, Terry Turk of Gateswood, James Lee of Gateswood, Robert Lee of Oklahoma City, OK, Tommy Lee of Summerdale, AL and Carolyn Bryars of Bay Minette, AL; his brothers-in-law, Marvin Barlow of Bay Minette, AL and Larry Sprinkle of Bay Minette, AL; and his grandchildren, Leighanna Turk, Makayla Hadley and Dakota Baggett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
