William Richard Overstreet Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Richard Overstreet of Bay Minette, Alabama, born in Atmore, Alabama, who passed away on February 23, 2022 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sisters, Linda Ann Overstreet Stewart and Rebie Overstreet Burcham; his wife Leah Ann Quinley Overstreet; his parents, Shirley Overstreet and Lillian Overstreet; and his former wife Patricia Carter Overstreet.
He is survived by: his children, Chaplain Lt, Col. James Fisher, Jr. (Tracy), Joanne Fisher Copeland (Marty) of Mobile, AL and George A'Lanson Hoffman, Jr. (Leigh-Anne) of Birmingham, AL; and his siblings, Eugene Overstreet of Bay Minette, AL, Carolyn Overstreet Kelly (Marvin) of Bay Minette, AL, Carrie Jean Overstreet Paul (Randy) of Pine Grove, Sharon Overstreet of Pine Grove and Joyce Overstreet. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
