He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe Byrd, Coy and Priscilla Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Candi Johnson (Nichole Johnson); his sons, Dillon White (Kendra Hamrac), Andrew Johnson and Trevor Johnson; his stepdaughter Alexa Lusk; his grandchildren, Dominick, Emma and Barrett; his parents, Louise Johnson and Donald Ray Johnson (Cathy); his grandmother Mattie Byrd; and his brothers, Donald Johnson (Melanie), Coy Johnson and Denver Graves. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
