He was predeceased by: his wife Myrtle Hatter; his brother Max Hatter; and his parents, William Hatter and Emma Hatter. He is survived by: his sister Jane Prager (Dutch) of Covington; his children, William Hatter III (Cheryl) of Daphne and Aletta Barnett (Kenneth) of Daphne; his grandchild Angella Collins (Joe); his children, Lauren Dye (Charles), Coley Hatter (Madison) and David Wayne Ingram (Sharon) of Baton Rouge; and his great grandchildren, Madison and Makayla Collins.
