He was predeceased by: his grandson Forrest Floyd. He is survived by: his sons, William Floyd, Jr. of Pine Grove and James Floyd (Angie) of Pine Grove; and his grandchildren, Kimberly Stuckey, Kevin Combs, Sara Floyd and Christopher Floyd. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
