He is survived by: his wife Frankie Lou Hall (Thomley) of Rabun; his children, Debbie H. Parker (Tony) of Perdido, AL, Leon E. Hall of Rabun and Norris Hall (Lydia) of Bay Minette, AL; and his sister Jeanette Hadley of Rabun. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
