She was predeceased by: her son Greg Campbell; her parents, George Will and Kathleen Cannon Monk; and her siblings, Tim Monk, George Monk and Carol Monk Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Jerome Campbell of Bay Minette, AL; her children, Chad Campbell (Rachael) of Bay Minette, AL and Kristi Smith of Loxley, AL; her brother David Monk of Beulah, AL; and her grandchildren, Kaleigh Campbell, Nathan Campbell, Eli Campbell, Jacob Campbell, Sammy Campbell, Tanner Smith, Taylor Smith and Tate Smith.
