He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Davis Burt; and his sister Jean Barton. He is survived by: his children, Tommy Burt (Neiva) of Bay Minette, AL, Tony Burt (Wendy Rea) of Bay Minette, AL and Lee Ann Raley of Bay Minette, AL; his close friend Lillie Clark of Rabun; his grandsons, Jared Raley (Terri Lewis) and Kameron Burt; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Grace Raley and Laken Moody.
