He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Wilkins and Taylor D. Wilkins, Sr.; his sister Sally Wilkins; and his son Charles Henry Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" R. Wilkins; his children, Elizabeth Wilkins (Tommy Armstrong) and Taylor D. Wilkins, III (Julie); his grandson Taylor D. Wilkins, IV (Tate); his brother Billy Wilkins (Peggy); and his nieces, Laura and Heather.
