She is survived by: her husband Ricky Mitchem of Bay Minette, AL; her daughters, Susan Allen and Cheryl Allen; her stepson James Ricky Mitchem, Jr.; and her brother Jim Johnston of Cordova, TN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
