She is survived by: her husband Jerry Perkins; her children, Tony Perkins (Sherry) of Mauldin, SC, Sandra Henry (Ray) of Bay Minette, AL and Terry Perkins of Bay Minette, AL; her grandchildren, Jennifer Kenway (Michael) of Mauldin, SC, Jason Perkins (Candace) of Montgomery, AL, Sarah Perkins of Simpsonville, Stephanie Robinson (Darin) of Bay Minette, AL, Vanessa Fox (Mark) of Pensacola, FL, Jonathan Kriss (Grace) of Mobile, AL and Brandon Perkins of Bay Minette, AL; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Natalie Robinson, Brooks, Ambiel Perkins, William Kenway, Myles Fox and Waverly Kriss; and her siblings, Fay Powell, Ray Edward, Raymond, Roy, Ronnie, Roger, Rufus and Ralph.
