He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Tyson Self of Stockton, AL; his children, David Wayne Self of Alaska, Stephen Thomas Self (Kelly) of Daphne, AL, Brenon Savell (Tessa) of Billings, MT and Carrie Savell Donoghue (Michael) of Daphne, AL; his grandchildren, Cooper Donoghue, Ella Donoghue, Emilee Donoghue, Benjamin Self, Grady Savell, Muriel Savell, Grace Savell and Luther Savell; and his parents, Ernest Self and Julia Self.
