He is survived by: his wife Darlene Smith Steele; his children, Richard Steele, Jr. (Anna) of Brewton, AL, Heather Conner (Chad) of Saraland, AL and Courtney Hicks (Patrick) of Perdido, AL; his brothers, Michael Steele of Brewton, AL and Braxton Steele (Gail) of Sevierville, TN; his brother-in-law Dennis Dobransky of Pensacola, FL; and his grandchildren, Devin, Tabitha, Hunter, Brady, Harper (Raegan) and Randall (Angie Allen).
