He was predeceased by: his father Curtis B. "Pop" Willard; and his siblings, Robin Thacker and Michael Willard. He is survived by: his children, Autumn McCants (Leon), Curtis Willard and Nicholas Willard (Chris); his mother Joy Willard; his siblings, Dian Sanders of Magnolia Springs, AL, Warren Willard of Kilgore, TX, Jack Willard (Debbie) of Daphne, AL, Carol Sirmon (Ashley) of Daphne, AL, Mary Adcock (Don) of Fairhope, AL and Donna Wilhelm (Trent) of Fairhope, AL; his brother-in-law Kenneth Thacker of Daphne, AL; and his grandchildren, Leon, Malachi, Arabella, Skylar, Judah and Curtis "Luke".
