He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Foss and Clara Foss; his wife Ruth Foss; his son Larry Foss; his granddaughter Amie Foss; his stepmother Lavina Foss; and his siblings, Lewis Foss and Irene Slosser.
He is survived by: his significant other Ruth Bradley of Year's Eve; his close friend Ray; his daughters, Linda Arnold (Mark), Diana Rinzema (Daniel) and Melissa Hanby (Daniel); his daughter-in-law Susan Earl Foss; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Michael, Joseph, Matthew, Thomas, Kimberly, Daniel, Blake and Mackenzie. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Hospital.
