He was predeceased by: his parents, T. Y. Angell and Alice Faye Burgess. He is survived by: his sister Susan Diane Cagle of Cookeville, TN; and his sons, Scott of Lyles, TN and Russell of Vanceburg, KY. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
