He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Dickerson and Mavis Dickerson; and his brother John A. Dickerson. He is survived by: his wife Janice Fadler Dickerson of Rabun; his daughter Amanda Karen Dickerson Bradley (Kenneth) of Rabun; and his grandson Kenneth Paul "Trace" Bradley, III.
Although the family will accept flowers they suggest memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1628, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
