He was predeceased by: his daughter Deborah Lynn Richerson. He is survived by: his wife Janet Marie Huffman Richerson of Bromley; his son Ronald W. Richerson (Valerie) of Ekron, KY; his siblings, Tom Richerson of Anchorage, AK, Madaleen C. Marsala and Kathaleen M. Pittman; and his grandchildren, Kandis Brackins, Kenny Lovett and Donnie Ramsey.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude's Children Research, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
