She was predeceased by: her father James Donald (Evelyn Nelson); her children, Jeanette Dunlavy (Steve), Wade Hadley and Jackie White (Timmy); and her siblings, Ed Donald, Butch Donald, Dorothy Johnson, Walter Donald and Melvin Donald.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry White (Mack); her siblings, Thomas Donald, Irene Toler, Claire Bush and Louise Powell; and her grandchildren, Lynn Joiner, Jessica Voorhees, Bradley Dunlavy, Stevie Dunlavy and T. J. White. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Whitehouse Fork Baptist Church (38713 Co Rd 39, Bay Minette, AL 36507).
As a faithful member of Whitehouse Fork Baptist Church, Mrs. Cook's contributions to both her congregation and the broader community reflected her deep commitment to service and fellowship.
