She is survived by: her children, Karenina "Kay" Cook (John) of Tuscaloosa, AL, Geoffrey McDuffie (Brenda) of Troy, AL and Everett McDuffie (Theresa) of Johnson City, TN; her sisters, June Waites (Ed) of Enterprise, AL and Deborah Davis (Paul) of Troy, AL; her grandchildren, Holmes Cook (Meg) of Jackson, MS, Elizabeth Cook of Tuscaloosa, AL, Morgan McDuffie Johnson (Russell) of Troy, AL, Seán McDuffie and Sile McDuffie (Sheila Louise); her great grandchildren, James, Wyatt Johnson of Troy, AL and Maeve Cook of Jackson, MS.; her husband Ellison McDuffie; her parents, William Huggins and Annie Laura Huggins of Troy, AL; and her siblings, Dorothy Tinright and Hubert Huggins.
