He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Durant Roberts; his granddaughter April O. Guy; his brothers, Malcolm Roberts and Douzie "Jim" Roberts; and his parents, Jim Allen and Sarah Long Roberts.
He is survived by: his daughter Gail Roberts Dauzat (Daniel) of Moreauville, LA; his stepsons, Timothy Mosley (Teresa) of Crossroads and Michael Mosley of Grand Bay, AL; his brother Gaston Roberts (Mildred) of Bay Minette, AL; his grandchildren, Matthew Guy of Plaucheville, LA, Tiffany Huggins (Josh) of Crossroads and Tera Newsome (Brad) of Crossroads; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Newsome, Brycen Newsome and Russell Huggins.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the ABBA Shrine Temple, 7701 Hitt Road, Mobile, AL 36695.
