She was predeceased by: her father James Albert; her husband Laban U. "Bill" McKissack; her mother Hattie Hilburn Phillips; her son Charlie Crutchfield; her grandson Colby Daulton Crutchfield; and her brothers, Harry, Oliver, Gordon and Leroy Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Beverley A. Ragland (Barry) of Palm Coast, FL and Johnny R. Crutchfield (Eleni) of Bay Minette, AL; her siblings, Billy Phillips and Jean Waters; her grandson Zechray Crutchfield (Emily) of Carson Hills, VA; and her great grandchild McKenna Crutchfield of Carson Hills, VA.. She is also survived by family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the North Baldwin Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 190, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
