With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Laura Vivian Stanton Barrie of Bay Minette, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 13, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garrett Vivian Stanton and Annie Laura McGill Stanton; her children, Clyde Stanley Boggs and Kathryn Penninger; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Boggs; her grandchildren, Jimmy Boggs and Mary Ryden; and her sisters, Arvie Jernigan, Margie Stanton and Pearl "Noonie" Little.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicky Ryden; her grandchildren, Bobby Clifford, Karen Boggs, Kimberly Boggs, Heather Wade and Jason Penninger; her great grandchildren, Brandon Eubanks, Lauren Wade, Hannah Wade, Dylan Wade and Sarah Hinnant; and her sisters, Woody Williams and Iris Byrd.
