It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Smith of Bay Minette, Alabama, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son James Harris "Jimbo" Smith; her parents, Seale Harris and Elvie Rider Durant; and her husband James Newman Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Jan "Jeannie" Barr (Steve) of Stapleton, AL; her daughter-in-law Vickie C. Smith of Saraland, AL; her sister Nancy Irene Erwin of Bromley, AL; and her grandchildren, Zachary Lane Kittrell, Megan Marie Smith, Bailey Nicole Smith and Samantha Jane Barr.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Cook Memorial Presbyterian Church Chapel, c/o Kenny Rider, 37100 State Highway 225, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
