He is survived by: his son Cade Johnson of Tuscaloosa, AL; his brother Donald Ray Johnson, Jr. (Melanie) of Horseneck Fork; his grandmother Mattie Byrd of Bay Minette, AL; and his nephews, Bryant Johnson, Kendrick Johnson, Trevor Johnson and Dillon White.
