He was predeceased by: his parents, Holmes "Jack" Hendrickson and Margaret Smith Hendrickson; and his brother Michael Hendrickson. He is survived by: his wife Janice Woolf Hendrickson; his children, Holmes Hendrickson (Kim) of Dothan, AL and Hendrickson Gunn of Birmingham, AL; his grandchildren, Maggie Gunn of Austin, TX, Rob Gunn of Birmingham, AL and Ashby Hendrickson of Dothan, AL; and his sister-in-law Diane Hendrickson.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Baldwin County High School Athletic Department, 1 Tiger Drive, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
