He was predeceased by: his wife Estelle Overstreet Ruffin; and his sisters, Frances Galloway, Verba Fay Burt and Evyleria Ruffin. He is survived by: his children, Wanda R. Wilson of Pine Grove and Louis E. Ruffin (Lori) of Pine Grove; his grandchildren, Melissa W. Bowman (Sam), Justin T. Wilson, Aaron M. Wilson (Tiffany), Danielle R. Canaan (Craig) and John F. Ruffin; and his great grandchildren, Ava Grace Canaan and Leonard Winston.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Southside Baptist Church, P.O. Box 418, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
