He was predeceased by: his parents, John Foster and Betty Foster; and his stepson Jeffrey Jenkins. He is survived by: his children, Jason Foster (Misty) of Bay Minette and Julie Threlkeld of Robertsdale; his stepchildren, Kenneth Jenkins (Bridget) of Daphne and Cristy Palmer (Mike) of Spanish Fort; and his brothers, Ronald Foster (Sue) of Mobile, James Foster (Debi) of Mobile and Glenn Foster (Patti) of Mobile. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews along with many other loving relatives and friends.
