"Debbie" Kilgore Minter of Bay Minette, AL; his children, Jessie Minter Jones (Thomas) of Friendswood, TX, Joshua Higgins of Tanner, AL, Bradley Higgins of Tanner, AL and Joseph Higgins (Tina) of Madison, AL; his sister Paula Cardwell (Joseph) of Wetumpka, AL; his stepfather Tom Jensen of Sampson; and his grandchildren, Darrell Higgins, Adam Higgins, Judah Jones, Michael Higgins, Mary Higgins and Grace Jones.
