He is survived by: his wife Judy Bryars Welch of Bay Minette, AL; his daughter Tribby Welch Warfield of Naples, FL; his stepsons, Tim Caraway (Tiwania) of Bay Minette, AL and Bill Caraway (Teri) of Bay Minette, AL; and his siblings, Eugene Welch of Bay Minette, AL, Edward Welch (Linda) of Monroeville, AL, Louise Welch Thompson (Levi) of Monroeville, AL, Lois Welch Sanks of Bay Minette, AL and Lillie Mae Welch of Monroeville, AL. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
