He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Ranes and Hazel Ranes (Dorf); his wife Anna Ranes of Bay Minette, AL; his children, Joanna Ranes of Huntsville, AL, Laura Ranes Jarman (Jeremy) of Chunchula, AL, Jimbo Ranes and Tom Ranes of Daphne, AL; his grandchildren, Khristen, Payten, Jameson and Emory Ranes; his siblings, Sherry Ann Maloney (Ranes) of Glendale, CA and Ricky Randall Ranes of Mobile, AL; and his granddaughter Hannah Corin Ranes of Anchorage, AK.. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends.
