With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ileen Smith of Bay Minette, Alabama, who passed away on February 12, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Marvin "Rudy" Smith and Nancy Banks; her friend Ernie Chavis; her sister Ann Garner of Fairhope, AL; her daughters, Ellen Williams (Ricky) and Becky Morgan (David); her son-in-law Darren Banks; her grandchildren, Kristopher Banks (Natasha), Kendrick Banks (Jessie), Sidney Burnett (Tim), Jonathan Hall (Brittany), Kate Harrison and Melinda Banks; and her great grandchildren, Hunter Banks, Nicholas Banks, Douglas Banks, Kirkland Banks, Franklin Banks, Briggs Burnett and Saralynn Black.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the First Baptist Church Benevolent Fund, P.O. Box 1628, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
