He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Stacey and Clinie Wainwright Stacey; his grandson Tommie Gilliam; and his siblings, Fate, Farrell, Filmer Stacey, Faye Stacey Luker, Flossie Stacey, Fern Stacey Gill and Fredia Stacey Johnston (Vickie) of Rabun.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Smith Stacey of Rabun; his children, Cynthia Gilliam (Kevin) of Perdido, AL and Misti Dean (Marcus) of Rabun; his grandchildren, Nancy Dean, Samantha Cooley (Cameron), Mary Dean, Nathan Gilliam (Cheyenne), Rebecca Dean and Josey Dean; and his great grandchild Gatlynn Cooley.
