He is survived by: his wife Hester Arlona Stephens Brown; his children, Phillip David Brown (Lisa), Vicki Lynn Crowe of Rabun, Rhonda Kay Cooper (Slay) of Bay Minette, AL, Douglas Wesley Brown (Stacey) and Donald Wayne Brown (Chelsey); and his siblings, James Brown and Helen Lister of Creola, AL. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.
