We bid farewell to Dorothy Harris (Bay Minette, Alabama), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 5, 2024 at the age of 95. Dorothy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Henry E. Harris; her daughter Beverly Sue Jerkins; and her siblings, Eugene Gideons and Octavia Long. She is survived by: her granddaughters, Amy Graham (Keith) of Daphne, AL, Jenny Price of Bay Minette, AL and Sarah Jerkins of Bay Minette, AL; her siblings, Randy Gideons (Kyle) of Pine Grove and Eleanor Brandin of New Orleans, LA; and her great grandchildren, Haven Graham, Andrew Price, Adam Price, Avery Price, Anna Price and Rowyn Jaye. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pine Grove Baptist Church (42240 Pine Grove Rd, Bay Minette, AL 36507). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers they family requests memorial contributions be made to Pine Grove Baptist Church, 42240 Pine Grove Road, Bay Minette, AL 36507.
