He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Johnson and Priscilla Johnson; his son William Anthony Johnson; and his sisters, Norma Fay Johnson and Elma Thompson.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Johnson; his sons, Donald Johnson, Jr. (Melanie) and Coy Johnson; his grandchildren, Bryant, Kendrick, Trevor, Dillon and Cade; his siblings, Larry Wise, Sr. (Deborah) and Prudence Brown; his nephews, Larry Wise, Jr., Gary Wise (Tina) and Terry Wise (Kasey); and his niece Missy Wise. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
