He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Mizell Crawford; his parents, Oscar Lee and Mary Magdalene Travis Crawford; and his granddaughter Linnie Amanda Crawford. He is survived by: his sons, Danny Varden (Susan) of Chunchula, David Crawford, Jr. (Frankie) of Chunchula, Gary Crawford (Emily) of Stapleton, AL, Michael Crawford (Hannah) of Stapleton, AL and Johnny Crawford (Tammy) of Daphne, AL; his sisters, Libby Cutrer of Foley, AL and Mary Vickers of Semmes, AL; and his aunt Betsy Brantley of Atmore, AL. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.
