It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clark Gilliland (Bay Minette, Alabama), born in Equality, Alabama, who passed away on December 17, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, R. C. Gilliland and Annie Gilliland of Alexander City, AL; and his brother Park Gilliland. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Robinson Gilliland of Bay Minette, AL; his children, Marsha McDugle (Denton) of Pasadena, TX, Bill Gilliland (Patti) of Austin, TX and Kathy Blanton (Richard) of League City, TX; his sister Mary Stuckey of Alexander City, AL; his grandchildren, Misty Hitt (Daniel), Chad Spretz (Erika), Tyson Clark Gilliland, Gray Gilliland, Lola Gilliland and Starr Ferrell; his great grandchildren, Alexanderia Hitt, Dalton Hitt, Jackson Hitt, Zachary Gilliland, Dylan McCoy, Seth Ferrell and Skyler Ferrell; and his granddaughters, Madeline Martindale and Olivia Martindale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Bay Minette Beautification Committee, 301 D'Olive St., Bay Minette, AL 36507.
