He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Kennedy Woodson and George Wayland Woodson of Bay Minette, Alabama.; and his sister Jane Alyce Woodson Rigsby. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Davis Woodson of Butler; his sons, Charles Jackson Woodson, Jr. (Allison) and William Wayland Woodson (Lauren); his brothers, Wayland Kennedy Woodson (Jackie) and John Sumner Woodson (Melissa); and his brother-in-law Robert Dunn Rigsby. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
