We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2023, at the age of 90, Charles Shadrack Dewberry of Bay Minette, Alabama, born in Castleberry, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ella Mae Dewberry; his daughter Mary Thompson Duckworth; and his brothers, Ronald, Shelton and Lloyd Dewberry.
He is survived by: his sons, DeWayne Dewberry (Terri) of Bay Minette, AL, Robert Dewberry (Angela) of Bay Minette, AL and Scott Dewberry (Marcia) of Daphne, AL; his siblings, Randy Dewberry (Gail) of Brewton, AL, Jerry Dewberry (Vivian) of Mexia, AL and Shirley Rutkowski of Woodbury, MN; and his grandchildren, Chuck Duckworth, Clint Duckworth, Crystal Duckworth, Bobby Dewberry, Matt Dewberry, Mark Dewberry, Zoee Dewberry, Zach Ganey, Joseph Ganey, Cody White and Kevin White. He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
Although the family will accept flowers, they suggest memorial contributions be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
