He is survived by: his wife Judy Lynn Allen Bailey of Bay Minette, AL; his stepchildren, William Dakota Wess "Boomer" Allen (Nikki) of Summerdale, AL, Ursechl Steve Allen, III (Amanda) of Summerdale, AL and Nerissa Nicole Dixon of Griffith, IN; his siblings, Kenneth Louis Bailey (Pamela) of Deland, FL, Jerrell Marcus Bailey (Belinda) of Theodore, AL, James Richard Bailey of Lucedale, MS, Michael Scott Adams (Mary) of Las Vegas, NV, Mary Kathryn Cross (Robert) of Theodore, AL and Kelly Charmayne Phillips (Dennis) of Orange Beach, AL; his grandchildren, Addilynn Grace Allen, Weslynn Nicole Allen, Conner Reese Jones, Grady Jones, Londyn Allen, Ursechl Steve Allen IV, Addison Cole, Haley Dixon, Robbie Dixon, David Dixon, Macy Miller and Landen Miller; and his stepmother Betty Bailey.
