He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bobby Eubanks, Monzee Dees and Helen Russell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cox Eubanks of Bay Minette, AL; his son Ray Eubanks (April); and his grandchildren, Christopher Eubanks (Arienne), Nicholas Eubanks and Alicia Eubanks.
