It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Lawson Nichols Sr. (Bay Minette, Alabama), born in Enterprise, Alabama, who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Lee and Dorothy Wilson Nichols; and his brothers, Bobby and Wayne. He is survived by: his wife Toni L. Pelosi Turnbull-Nichols; his children, Billy Nichols, Jr. (Molly), Cape May Court House and Robert L. Nichols; his stepsons, William Turnbull and Samuel Turnbull of Potts Town, PA; his sisters, Joyce Thompson of DeBary, FL, Ellen Rauh of Stapleton, AL and Dolly Ann Stephens of Kernersville, NC; his grandchildren, Christian Hosford, William Harley Nichols, Steffan Remsen, Heaven Lee Nichols and McKayla Nichols; his great grandchildren, Nataly Nichols and Nyomi Nichols; and his nephews, John, Chip, Gary and Dan. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and other relatives.
Although the family will accept flowers, they suggest memorial contributions be made to the Gift of Life Donor Program, 401 N. 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.
