She was predeceased by: her husband Steven Douglas Mitchell; her parents, Henry Rauschenberg and Dorothy Rauschenberg; her son Brandon Rauschenberg Mitchell; and her sister Elizabeth Judy Benton.
She is survived by: her siblings, Henry Lee Rauschenberg Jr. (Karen), Linda Gay Buie (Bobby) and Dorothy Carol Ballard (Gary); her children, Barbara Jeannine Michell Noonan (George Jr.) and Forrest Steven Mitchell (Melissa Hicks); her grandsons, George Lee Noonan III (Amanda Fernandez), Campbell McMillan Noonan (Hannah Stone), Adam Forrest Mitchell (Libby Chambliss) and Benjamin Aaron Mitchell of Opelika, AL; and her great grandchildren, George Lee Noonan IV, Thomas Oscar Noonan, Katherine O'Neill Noonan and Grayson Rhett Mitchell.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Norris Funeral Home (402 E 2nd St, Bay Minette, AL 36507). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
